The SHINE team took part in creating a presentation of the new, updated Porsche Cayenne and a stylish party dedicated to this high-profile event. At the request of the creative agency TRIBE RIGA, our task was to prepare all the production of the event and ensure preparation and management of the event.
For the venue, a non-standard space of the “LED Unit” virtual studio was chosen with the possibility of using the large area offered by LED screens. It all started with an idea on paper and 3D visualisation. In collaboration with “Stage Art” company, a model of the entire space, objects, activities and zoning was drawn.
The main element was a “cube” made of LED screens, which, when rising, revealed the new Porsche Cayenne. To reveal the 4 values of the brand strategy, four zones were created for guests, some of which were presented in Latvia for the first time, such as the AI photo zone, where guests were transformed with the help of artificial intelligence, as well as a robotic hand acting as a photographer.
For the show, we made a cube of LED screens with an area of 72 m2, which was suspended on motors in order to be raised at a certain moment. Some digital content, light, sound and motion on the cube on the screen made the appearance of the new cars really emotive.
The event was attended by more than 450 Porsche brand customers and other invitees, as well as media representatives.
