The National Electronic Media Council have organised a high-level international conference “MEDIA LITERACY. ROADMAPS”, which took place on October 28-29.

 

The event was held online on Zoom platform and was also publicly available on the Council’s official website, Facebook, Delfi and LSM.

 

The goal of the conference was to promote media literacy in society and to strengthen cooperation among those working in this field. The event was attended by stakeholders involved in promoting media literacy, local and international media literacy experts and researchers, Latvian government officials and media professionals.
